8 days ago we kicked off our 2021 wedding season with a gorgeous day in Louisville Kentucky! Ashley & Christian have waited so long for this day, and after pushing back their wedding date due to the pandemic, this celebration was long overdue. Saint James Catholic Church and the Olmsted proved to be gorgeous backdrops to a day filled with so much fun, laughter and some of the prettiest weather we’ve seen this spring in Louisville.

From a stunning helicopter proposal in Saint Lucia to a genuine vow exchange in beautiful Saint James Catholic Church, we’ve watched on the sidelines as these two weathered storms together and became closer through it all. Have I mentioned how much I love spring weddings in Louisville? I know there’s always uncertainty with the weather this time of year, but man- when the sunshine and blooms hit at the same time, it’s so magical! The Olmsted was full of beautiful spots.
