I know I may sound like a broken record sometimes when I say we have the sweetest clients, but SERIOUSLY time and time again their graciousness and joy just blow me away! Chelsea and Joe had a gorgeous day at Walnut Way Farm last weekend. Coming all the way from Florida to get married in Kentucky could have been stressful, but they choose an amazing team and were surrounded by friends and family who celebrated with them through all of it.
Now picture this, it’s the day before your wedding, you’re hosting friends and family and showing them the best time in Louisville and you get sick. I mean the worst kind of food poisoning, leave your rehearsal early, kind of sick! That’s what happened to BOTH Chelsea and Joe!! I just couldn’t believe it, and was SO thankful they were both feeling a bit better come wedding day… but you know what? They smiled through it all and were even checking on us, as their vendors, making sure we had water and had eaten in the intense heat! It spoke volumes of their character and showed how truly selfless and caring they both are.
Below are some of our favorites moments from their special day! Filled with gelato, lots of summer heat, gorgeous horses, rolling hills, a beautiful garden, a grand party and the most genuine kind of love… they’ve stolen our hearts. Chelsea and Joe, I hope this season for you both is filled with so much joy and happiness! Thank you for being nothing short of amazing clients and dear friends. I hope we get to see each other again someday! 🙂

For a look into the amazing vendor team, scroll to the bottom. These paper goods by Doyle Paper Co. were the perfect touch!

Chelsea’s father had this necklace made for her from a pin she used to wear as a girl. These sweet surprises on wedding days are simply my favorite! Real emotion and a keepsake that will last a lifetime.

The rolling hills of Walnut Way Farm are always so beautiful. The heat index was over 100, so we couldn’t do the horse-drawn carriage as originally planned, however keep scrolling to see how Chelsea got an even better horse back ride after the ceremony!

Only at Walnut Way!! Rachel is an incredible planner and makes dreams come true, even when plans have to change last minute. I loved this photo opportunity!

Cocktail hour under the tress and dinner brought to attention with the Call to the Post; bugle is a tradition in horse country. I love bits of Kentucky charm!

A first for us! GELATO!! Spotz just may be my new favorite reception vendor… such a cool way to let your guests have fun and cool off on a hot summer evening.

To the incredible vendors who help make dreams come true, thank you!!
