These sweet faces make me smile! (And just wait until you see their gorgeous puppy!) Let me introduce you all to David and Liz; some really special people and clients. If you don’t have the privilege of knowing them, then I’ll just share that they are some of the most genuine, hard working and FUN people you will ever meet! Their wedding was 5 years ago, and I still remember laughing so much of the day. At a time when the business was operating much more like a hobby, and I was figuring out what direction I really wanted to pursue, Paul and I photographed their wedding. Honestly, it was one of the first events I did where I felt pretty confident, excited and realized how much I truly LOVE this industry! When they reached out for a fun little anniversary session with their sweet pup, Ellie, it was exciting to be able to look back on how much we have all grown in the last 5 years.
So to Liz and David, thank you. Thank you for being the kinds of people who bring joy and light everywhere you go! Thank you for being our very first published wedding, because you were braver than I to submit. Thank you for trusting us and genuinely caring for us. We may not see each other often, but we certainly count you as friends. Praying for many more years of joy and happiness in your marriage!
And yes, folks. That sunset was 100% real! Truly felt like a little gift at the end of a wonderful day. 🙂
