When I first met Courtney and Patrick, I thought they were a a little shy and quiet, but I came to quickly realize they’re good listeners and just taking it all in. As we walked, talked and cracked some jokes it was a blast getting to know them! We explored a new part of The Parklands in Beckley Creek Park that I hadn’t been to before and even got our feet wet; and if you haven’t taken your shoes off and waded in some water in a while, just go for it. It feels so great! Courtney and Patrick, thanks for being troopers in the good ol’ Kentucky humidity and heat. Your laughs, your temperaments and really everything about our time together has me so excited for your gorgeous wedding next May!

We had the weirdest phenomenon during this session. As you can see in this shot, we had clear blue skies!! Barely even a wispy white cloud and then all of a sudden is started to sprinkle on us. So strange to look up and see nothing above you, but then I looked and out of nowhere we had a big gorgeous rainbow! I literally got 3 frames before it disappeared on us, but it was such a fun sight, none the less.
