Ok, friends, let me introduce you to Zack and Claire. (Oh, I just love these two!!) When a sassy gal and a persistent guy from Kentucky fall in love, you know it’s going to be an amazing day! Claire and Zack met back in 2009, but broke off their relationship after distance during school proved to be challenging. Even though Zack made some awesome attempts (I hear his Facebook game is on point!) Claire just wasn’t having it.
Fast forward after graduation and it was actually Claire who reached out after several years! These two reconnected over that summer and knew that what they had been running from was actually what they both desired more than anything.
Their wedding day was nothing short of beautiful, but not just because of the lovely venues, florals and details… but honestly, because of the people. Claire’s family and friends loved on her with attention to details in a way I don’t often see, and you could truly see Zack’s mom bursting with pride for her boy. It was a pleasure getting to witness this kind of union and celebrate alongside such wonderful family and friends! {Even if I was nursing a headache and my dry cleaner misplaced my dress!! A spare *albeit, un-comfy* dress and Excedrin to the rescue. 😉 } I hope you enjoy some favorites from their day as much as I do!
Sometimes I have the girls share times they were proud of the bride, and this group was so touching! Behind the camera, I was tearing up as well!! Sorry, Emily… I should have prepared you a little more. 😉
