I don’t know if a perfect wedding truly exists or not, but WOW the weekend we just had with Shelby and Brandon was pretty much it!! These two love birds met in grade school, and after growing up in Louisville, Kentucky in similar circles of friends, they have such a sweet story.
From a surprise beach proposal during a family vacation in Florida, that Brandon “wasn’t able” to come on, to asking Shelby’s girlfriends for help finalizing her ring, I love the care Brandon has for her. Remembering back to their engagement session, they were self-proclaimed ‘awkward picture takers’ but cant we just take a minute and soak in their joy?! These smiles are the real deal! When you love each other, it’s all you need for gorgeous wedding photos, people! (Ok- and a photographer that knows their stuff) but truly, our joy is capturing YOUR joy!
The entire day was laid back, relaxed, full of beautiful details from both Passalinos and Mahonia’s floral work, and our little creative hearts were just so excited. As they finish up their honeymoon and come back to life as a married couple, enjoy reliving their classy blush wedding! Below are a few of our favorites. I absolutely love the green and the blush–They pair so beautifully in photographs! The city photos were definitely a fave and that clock on top of Passalino’s looks like you’re in the middle of London, not Kentucky. Gosh, Louisville is gorgeous!!
